We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at If your return is accepted, we will instruct the courier company to get the item picked up. This varies from city to city and the process may take a few days.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

No-questions Asked Exchange Policy

For exchange, you need to follow these simple steps:

  1. You need to place a new order on our website.
  2. While proceeding for checkout, select Free Exchange as a new payment method. Use the following code: FREE EXCHANGE
  3. Place your order
  4. The courier person will bring you your new order at your doorsteps in 2/4 working days.
  5. Hand over the old parcel to the same courier person.
  6. In case of a difference in amount, it will be paid/received accordingly.
